Scholarship & Program Deadlines -
Textbook timeline and Info:
- DEC. 14, 15, or 16 - FSCJ Textbooks Return* - Students must return FSCJ textbooks and turn in the Spring 2016 Textbook Request during one during one of the following time slots:
- Monday, Dec. 14 – 9:00-11:00a
- Tuesday, Dec. 15 – 12:30-2:30p
- Wednesday, Dec. 16 – 11:00a-1:00p
- Dec. 21 OR 22 - FSCJ Textbook Pick-up
- 7:30a-9:30a - come by REL between to check textbook inventory
- 10:00a-12:00p - Go to FSCJ Kent campus Bookstore to pick up books not in REL inventory. **Students may NOT pick up books from Kent campus before checking REL inventory.
Please note:
- Students need to bring their FSCJ ID and schedule (can show
on phone) to pick up books.
- All books for all classes will be picked up by the end of Dec.
22, regardless of when the class starts.
- Students who cannot make this schedule work, can send a parent
with their (the student’s) ID and schedule to return and/or pick up books.
- Students may NOT pick up books for each other.
- Students who do not turn in books by 1:00p Dec. 16th will
have the cost of the textbooks added to their student debt list. This
can prevent textbooks being released in January and can prevent
participation in graduation in June.
- Students who cannot make this schedule work and do not have a
parent who can make this schedule work, will need to email Dr. Keefe for
alternate options. These options may include not being able to pick up books
until after the semester starts.

- Congratulations to the students who finished classes at FSCJ this week! Enjoy your Winter Break and take some to do these things: return your textbooks, (see message below), sign up for the ACT and SAT, fill out your financial aid forms (seniors), and start watching BlackBoard for class information.
- Riverside Avondale Preservation needs volunteers! Dec12 & 13 and Dec 19 &20 - two
shifts on Saturday 8:30-12:30 and 12:30-4; Sunday 1-4. Office is located on Herschel Street. For more information contact Amanda at amanda@riversideavondale.org.

Scores for PSAT/NMSQT will be available for students January 7, 2016 through the College Board website (www.collegeboard.org).
