Announcements - Thursday, April 13

REL Announcements:
  • Attention Early College 9th grade students! You are scheduled to take the PERT April 19th (all day) in the Media Center. Be sure to arrive on time and with your ID in hand. 
  • Attention All Juniors! You are scheduled to take the ACT at Lee April 19th. Make sure you review the email sent by Mrs. Richardson or stop by her office. 
  • Attention All Seniors! Do not forget to tell your counselor about your plans for after high school by April 20th. 
  • Mark your calendars! April 13 & April 28th - no school/classes at Robert E Lee.
  • After-school Tutoring is cancelled today (4/13) and April 27.

  • New Scholarships - 

  • After-School and Saturday Test Prep Sessions - Robert E Lee will host Saturday Test Prep Sessions (dates and subjects listed below). Sessions are 8:30-11:30a, with breakfast served from 8-8:30. 
    • April 15 - Math, AP History, AP Literature, Chemistry, Reading strategies, PERT Testing (upperclassmen), DVIA
    • April 29 - Math, AP History, AP Literature, Chemistry, Reading strategies, PERT Testing (upperclassmen), DVIA
    • Tuesdays and Thursdays after school - ACT/SAT Prep, Biology, Chemistry, Micro and Macro Economics
REL Calendar:
  • April 19 - In-school ACT for all JUNIORS
  • April 19 - PERT for 9th grade Early College Students
  • April 21 - Grad Bash (senior activity). See Ms. Sorrells for more information.
  • April 22 - UNF Test Prep session. See Ms. Crowden for more information.

  • April 27 - REL College Conversation with 
  • April 29 - Reality Fair hosted by Main Library and Vystar. Event is free, but preregistration is required. Registration can be completed by accessing the event calendar at www.jaxpubliclibrary.org or by calling the Teen Desk at 630-0673.
  • May 1 - 4th quarter progress reports distributed
  • May 26 - Graduation ceremony at 10:00a at Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena. See Mrs. Morrison for more information.
  • June 2 - End of Quarter 4/semester 2 & last day of school
  • ACT and SAT test fee waivers for Juniors and Seniors can be picked up from Mrs. Crowden-Richardson during 2nd and 3rd block. Students attending classes off-campus can pick up waivers Fridays 9:00-10:00a.
  • Free ACT and SAT Test Prep - Saturdays at Keiser University 10:00-11:45a. Call 904-296-3440 for more information.
  • After-school tutoring is available in the REL Media Center Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays for all subject areas. Students must report to the Media Center by 2:15p to participate. Students who participate in tutoring can catch the Activity Bus at 4:45.
