  • EC Juniors and Seniors - Course Approval session dates/times have been adjusted slightly due to schedule conflicts. Please note the new times:
    • Early College Seniors - REL Rm 880
      • Oct. 30th* - 8:00a-12:00p
    • Early College Juniors - REL Rm 880
      • Oct. 21st 8:00a-3:00p (new day/time)
      • Oct. 22nd 1:00p-3:00p 2:30p

*Students who opt to come by REL on Oct. 30th will need to work with Ms. Naita for an alternate registration date. 
  • REL Homecoming 2015 Dress Up Themes & Activities - 
    • Oct. 21 - Super Hero & Senior Class Ice-Cream Social during 8th block- must have a current REL ID to participate  
    • Oct. 22 - Wacky-Tacky Day & VolLEEball Tournament - sign up in rm 892 to participate; $1 admission
    • Oct. 23 - School Spirit & Homecoming Game

  • Lady Generals Basketball try-outs are Monday at 4:30 and Tuesday at 2:15 in the REL Gym. Students must have a sports physical, 2.0+ GPA, and a copy of their insurance card to participate. See Coach Johnson for more information.

Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Oratorical Competition - Due Dec. 11

The Upsilon Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.’s 8th Annual Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Oratorical Competition will be held February 13, 2016 (9am-12:00pm) at Westside High School.  The first place winner will be awarded a $3000.00 academic scholarship to the college of his choice.     Today's Announcements:
    • Big shout out to all the students and parents who attend the REL Generals #ReachHigher event last night! Over 200 people took advantage of this opportunity to learn more about college admissions, financial aid, and program information. These Generals are Destined to Lead!
    • EC Seniors - second drop-in session for Spring course approval is today from 8:00a-1:00p. Please don't forget to bring your FSCJ paperwork from Ms. Naita, something to write with, and alternate class choices. There are only 8 seats available in each class/course section for EC students. Have a back-up plan with you in case the 8-cap is reached before your turn. The line for this session will close at 1:00 p.m. Students not in line by 1:00 p.m. will need to pick another session for course approval.
