- BYON M. MORRIS SCHOLARSHIP - provides $5,000 ($1250 per year/4 years)
to support tuition, books, fees, room and board, and degree-related expenses
for two graduating seniors who have attained Scouting’s highest ranks. Application

due May 5, 2017.
- DOROTHEA B. SHAW SCHOLARSHIP - provides $6,000 ($1500 per year/4 years) to
support tuition, books, fees, room and board, and degree-related expenses for a
student graduating from a Duval county public or private school and attending
an accredited post-secondary institution in the Northeastern United States.

- SAM AND LYDIA PAYNE SCHOLARSHIP - provides up to $18,000 and disbursed until graduation or a period up to 5
years, provided the recipient continues to meet the eligibility
