SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
High School and College Students Applicants
Deadline: June 14, 2014
This Scholarship was established by the
Centurian Club Incorporated to provide financial incentive for students in the
City of Jacksonville, FL. The Executive
Board of Directors will accept applications for students with the accomplished
goals listed in the Qualifications section (see below). A $1,000.00 grant will be the incentive given
annually to a qualified applicant.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Maintain A/B Honor Roll during an application period (September-December); and (January-March)
- Active member of a volunteer non-profit organization in the community
- May be a continuing college student who graduated from Duval County high school within two years
- Full time student attending school in the Duval County Public School System or an accredited Undergraduate four-year college; or vocational school
