Established by The Centurian Club Inc. to provide financial incentive for students in the City of Jacksonville, FL. The Executive Board of Directors will accept applications for students with the accomplished goals listed in the Qualifications section below. A $1,000 grant will be the incentive given annually to a qualified applicant.
Qualifications
- Maintain A/B Honor roll during an application period (September-December); and (January-March)
- Active member of a volunteer non-profit organization in the community
- May be a continuing college student who graduated from a Duval County high school within two (2) years
- Full time student attending school in the Duval County Public School System or an accredited Undergraduate four-year college or vocational school.
- Official Application Form- Pages #2 and 3 for first time applicants.
- Cover letter- Describe your background, goals, and your future educational plans.
- Official High School Transcript- First time applicants which will include GPA.
- Two letters of recommendation-First time applicants
- Official College Transcript if you are attending college.
