1) be a 2014 graduating senior of a Florida high school;
2) be a member of your school’s PTA/PTSA if in Good Standing or the Sunshine State PTSA;
3) have an unweighted cumulative high school grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale;
4) submit completed application form, including reference letters, transcript (in a sealed envelope), and essay pages to the DCCPTA postmarked no later than March 31, 2014;
5) enroll as a full-time undergraduate student in any post-secondary institution within the state of Florida for the 2014-2015 year.
