The Achieving The Dream Scholarship is for Hispanic/Latino descent students who are pursuing their Associates of Bachelors Degree and meet the following criteria:
- U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident only
- Pursuing bachelors degree
- At least one parent or grandparent of Hispanic/Latino origin
- Minimum GPA 3.0
- Be a resident of Duval, Baker, St. Johns, Clay, or Nassau county
