Academic Histories Available THURSDAY

Attention JUNIORS and SENIORS! Academic Histories will be available for you to pick up from Dr. Keefe's office (Rm. 822) THURSDAY, Feb. 13th from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. You do not need an appointment to pick up your Academic History, but you must check in with Ms. Sams in the Main Office when you arrive at Lee.

Some notes about the Academic History:

• This is a one page version of your transcript.
• This document is NOT an official transcript. It is for your use only. 
• This document shows what credits you have earned towards your high school diploma and what credits you still need to earn for high school graduation. 
• This document does show your FSCJ classes, but it does not show progress towards your AA degree. 
• This document does show your high school GPA - weighted and unweighted. It does not show test scores, community service hours, or Senior Rank information.  
• Picking up your Academic History does not take place of your Senior/Junior Credit Check. These will occur by appointments starting at the end of February. You will receive an appointment card in the mail indicating when you are scheduled for your Senior/Junior Credit Check later this month. 

These documents are being made available on Thursday for your convenience. Due to other scheduled appointments with underclassmen on Thursday, Dr. Keefe will not be able to answer questions about the document (credits, GPA, etc.) when you pick it up. Having this document in hand gives you a great chance to review your status and prepare questions for your Senior/Junior Credit Check.

If you are unable to pick up your Academic History on Thursday, you can pick up your document Feb. 18th-21st between 2:00-3:00.
