Rules: student must be enrolled
in Florida high school and member of Air Force, Army, Marine, Navy or Coast
Guard JROTC, parents must be Florida residents, must be in senior year of
school, and must be chosen by JROTC commanding officer. Only one application
per JROTC unit will be accepted
